Title:
Women and Their Many Roles
Author(s):
Brunetta R. Wolfman
Abstract:
Some think that multiple roles for women are new and that the strain they impose may be dangerous, but careful study shows that women always have assumed many roles. African-American women especially illustrate this history. New views of women¯s psychology suggest that women¯s unique strengths can be employed to restructure workplace and family systems for the benefit of all.
