Studies and can also field any questions that you have about
all of
the study-abroad options that Wellesley offers.
Who are the Class Deans for the Class of 2008?
The Class Deans for the Class of 2008 are John
O'Keefe for students with
last names beginning with the letters A-K and Angela Carpenter for students
with last named beginning with the letters L-Z. Visit the Office
of the Class Deans homepage for more information about who they are and what they
do.
The Class Deans are wonderful resources for all students in the Class
of 2008. Don't hesitate to send them an email on FirstClass or set
up an appointment with them using the Dean's Appointment calendar on the
Class
of 2008 FirstClass conference.
When do I have to declare my major?
According to the 2005-2006
Academic Calendar, Class of 2008 major declaration
forms are due Friday, December 2, 2005, for students who plan to study
abroad their junior year. For students who will be on-campus during
their junior year, major declaration forms are due Friday,
March 10, 2006.
Where can
I find information about internships for this summer?
The Center
for Work and Service at Wellesley College has a number of
different resources available to students concerning jobs and internships.
If you are looking for an internship for this summer in particular,
be sure to check out the internship
section of their website, for information about CWS internship
programs, stipends, and more.
