ABOUT CLIO
Purpose
Welcome to Clio! The purpose of this organization is to bring together History majors, minors, students, faculty, and anyone else interested in the study of history, such as History-track IR majors. Please take a minute to read our purpose so you can learn more about us.

Purpose:
1. Our organization is open to all History majors and minors, prospective majors/minors, History-track IR majors, and students enrolled in history classes. We also welcome students who love history but may not have taken classes with the department.
2. Our organization will orchestrate fun and educational, formal and informal activities that will build a sense of community among history students and professors and promote a better understanding and appreciation of history among the greater Wellesley College community.
3. Our organization will foster positive dialogue between students (majors, minors, and non-majors) and the History department.
4. Finally, the organization will act as an informal resource and support network for history students (i.e. by sharing advice and experiences, offering moral support and encouragement, and helping them find official resources).
