Spotlights and Reviews
Spotlights and Reviews accepts profiles on individuals and organizations prominent in the Asian, Asian American and Wellesley College communities, reviews (of books, music, movies, local events and restaurants, etc.), news blurbs and most articles that don't fit in the other categories. Although the scope of this section is comparatively more broad and multifarious, submissions should be relevant to GenerAsians's purpose to raise awareness of issues affecting Asians and Asian Americans. Articles in this section are typically 200 to 400 words long. Contact Tiffany Chan if you have submissions, ideas, questions, or comments.
Creative Works
Creative Works accepts personal narratives, art works (paintings, drawings, comics, etc), short stories, and poems. Materials submitted should be connected to the Asian culture. Submit to Annie He.
Features
Features accepts articles about 750-1000 words in length. The feature article can be on any topic relevant to the Asian culture. Please send any questions, article ideas, or submisions to Rachel Shuen.
Opinions
Opinions accepts personal opinions on any topic relating to Asian American issues, either in Wellesley or on a larger scale. Opinions should ideally be half a page to a page long, and submitted to Jessica H. Lee.
