Ingredients:
- 2 lb. cottage cheese
- _ lb. feta cheese, crumbled
- 1 c. Parmesan or Romano grated cheese
- 6-8 eggs (according to texture)
- 1 lb. filo
- 3 sticks melted butter
Procedure:
Mix all ingredients together except for filo and butter.
Butter pan and layer _ lb. of filo leaves, buttering each sheet.
Spread cheese mixture evenly on filo.
Top with remaining filo, buttering each sheet.
To make cutting easier, trace diamond shapes on top layer of filo.
Bake at 350 degrees for about 40 minutes, or until the top layer is
golden brown.
