Tzatziki ( Yogurt Cucumber Dip )

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup strained yogurt

  • 1 Tb olive oil

  • 1 tsp lemon juice

  • 1 cucumber

  • 1 clove of garlic

  • 1 tsp fresh dill

  • salt and pepper

Procedure:

Cut the cucumber into small pieces, sprinkle with salt and let it stand for 15 min.
Drain the water.
Combine yogurt, cucumber, garlic ( cut into small pieces ), oil, lemon juice, dill and add salt and pepper to taste.
Refrigerate.
