
Finding OMHA SafeSpace: From the Wellesley FirstClass desktop, accessed on a networked computer or on the web at any computer at fc.wellesley.edu, select Wellesley Conferences, then Student Forums, then Student Organizations, then OMHA, then OMHA SafeSpace.
OMHA SafeSpace is a place for Wellesley students to discuss any mental health issue with peers in a tolerant forum. Personal experiences with mental illness and treatments, questions on confronting specific issues, and encouragement and advice, are part of SafeSpace discussions. Because it is a closed conference, meaning that only those on the access list can post and view others' posts, confidentiality is constantly maintained. In addition, anonymous posts to SafeSpace through a specially designated email account are also accepted.
