WHAT MAKES REAL LIFE CHRISTIAN FELLOWSHIP UNIQUE

1. Wellesley Real Life is focused on evangelism. Our mission is to give every Wellesley woman an opportunity to make an intelligent, educated decision about whether or not to follow Jesus Christ.

We also seek to help women grow in their relationship with Jesus. We want to benefit the campus by being a spirtiual resource to those who have questions and to those who want to grow, through individual appointments, Life Groups, large group events on campus and in Boston, and campus-wide activities designed to engage interested Wellesley students in dialogue about God and Jesus.

2. There are more than 40 college campuses in the Boston area, with hundreds of thousands of students. Wellesley Real Life works together with other college students in RealLife Boston to learn more about evangelism, to fellowship with others not on our own campus, and to learn together how to make Christ known in Boston and on our own campus.

3. Each spring break, Wellesley Real Life joins other college students on a week-long evangelism training trip to Panama City Beach, Florida. Known as Big Break, the week is filled with teaching, evangelizing, and fellowship amongst students from all over the country. Most of the evangelism is done on the beach, speaking directly with college students who are in PCB for Spring Break.

4. Wellesley Real Life is closely affiliated with the international organization, Campus Crusade for Christ. In many ways, Campus Crusade propelled the creation of the Wellesley Real Life group in 1992, when it began its mission to establish a college ministry that included numerous Boston area colleges.
