• Our current book-of-the-semester goal is to read Lord of the Rings: The Two Towers before the movie comes out.
• It's never too early to start planning what movies to show for our open meeting and movie marathon this semester.
• We are selling t-shirts for our fundraiser this year. They look like this: She-Who-Must-Be-Obeyed
  
• This website is being redesigned for the new year. I think this design looks much more professional than the old one. (which you can see here, if you don't believe me)
• Next meeting: Wednesday, October 2nd at 7pm in the Beebe living room

Mission Statement

To provide a forum for the discussion of literature and films belonging to the science fiction and fantasy genres, to inspire interest in science fiction and fantasy in the community and to support existing interest in the genres.

In practice, we meet one evening every two weeks to share our love of science fiction and fantasy and discuss our favorite books and authors. We also go to see movies, read novels and hold science fiction and fantasy themed events open to the entire campus.
