Zeta Alpha has maintained its house on Tupelo lane since 1900. Both the members and the Alumnae Board devote a great deal of time and care to the house and are responsible for keeping it in tip-top shape. While members are responsible for day-to-day upkeep, the Alumnae Board ensures the major repairs and renovations are organized and funded.
Since 1998 over $65,000 has been spent on major improvements such as replacing the wooden floors and installing a new chandelier. These kinds of improvements are only possible through the generosity of our alumnae who recognize the impact that Zeta Alpha had on their time at Wellesley and have made the decision to give back to the society. Loyalty, hard work, and dedication over the years have guaranteed that the house will always be there for both member and alumnae enjoyment.
If you have any questions about using the house for private events please contact Alumnae Board President Lisa Basile.
