This study was commissioned as part of the ongoing effort to implement the recommendations of the 1998 Campus Master Plan. That plan called for a change in the parking policies and program as a major precondition for the restoration of the Wellesley campus. The study takes up that issue in detail, and also addresses related transportation and circulation issues.
