We are delighted that you are considering a visit to Wellesley College. We invite you to gain first-hand knowledge of Wellesley by visiting our scenic 500-acre campus, situated 12 miles west of Boston, and touring our historic buildings and state-of-the-art facilities. We welcome your visit at any time of the year, but encourage you to come during the academic year when classes are in session. We suggest that you plan to spend as much time as your schedule will allow, that you take advantage of the programs offered by the Office of Admission, and that you explore on your own as well.

Please note that the Office of Admission is now located in Weaver House, between Stone Davis Hall and the College Club. Please follow signs for Admission Parking. 
Campus Tours
Student-guided campus tours are available to everyone. They generally last one hour. An appointment is not required, but we suggest that you call ahead of time to make sure tours are available on the day you plan to visit.
CAMPUS TOUR SCHEDULE
Monday – Friday (Year-round): 9, 10, 11 a.m.; 1, 2, 3 p.m.
Saturday (September 9-mid-May): 9, 10, 11 a.m.

Please note that there will be no tours when the Board of Admission is closed. During exam periods and breaks, tours depend on student availability. The Admission Office is closed on Saturdays in the summer and reopens the Saturday following Labor Day.
Information Sessions
Admission staff members will share with you important information about Wellesley in scheduled sessions, which generally last one hour. An appointment is not necessary, but you should plan to arrive at the Board of Admission about 10 minutes before the session begins.

Schedule an Interview

A personal interview is not a required part of Wellesley's application process, however, interviews are strongly recommended for most first-year applicants. An interview is required for transfer, accelerating, Davis Scholar, and postbaccalaureate candidates.

OFF-CAMPUS INTERVIEWS
If you cannot come to the campus, you may request an off-campus interview with an alumna interviewer near your hometown. To do so, please fill out the off-campus interview request form.
ON-CAMPUS INTERVIEW SCHEDULE

For an on-campus interview, please contact the Board of Admission by email at admission@wellesley.edu or by phone at 781-283-2270 to make arrangements. On-campus interviews are available to high school seniors through the third week in December, and off-campus alumnae interviews can be scheduled up until January 1. Interviews are available to juniors after April 1. Please contact us at least two weeks before your planned visit. Interviews are offered on a first-come, first-served basis. Please note the College is closed at various times during the winter holidays.

Class Visit Program
Our professors are delighted to welcome prospective students in their classes. If you are interested in attending a class, please let the receptionist know when you arrive for your visit. We will provide you with a schedule of available classes and a Wellesley student will guide you through the different options. Classes generally last 70 minutes.
CLASS VISIT SCHEDULE
Monday-Friday (September 24– December 7):
8:30 am, 9:50 am, 11:10 am, 1:30 pm, 2:50 pm.
Lunch Hostess Program
Throughout the academic year, prospective students can request to have lunch in the dining halls with assigned Wellesley student hostesses. It is a great opportunity for prospective students to have extended conversations with current students. The cost of lunch is covered by Wellesley meal tickets which are provided for free to prospective students.
LUNCH HOSTESS SCHEDULE
Monday-Friday (September 24– December 7):
12:30 pm -1:30 pm.
Overnight Hostess Program
To thoroughly experience Wellesley’s residential life, high school seniors are welcome to make a reservation to spend the night at a Wellesley residence hall, hosted by a Wellesley student.

Special Visiting Groups
For counselors who would like to bring a group of students from their school or program, we offer special tours and information sessions. Please call our main number and we’ll make arrangements to accommodate you.
