KNAPP MEDIA AND TECHNOLOGY CENTER
The Knapp Media
and Technology Center was constructed on the ground floor of
Clapp Library in 1997, through a gift from Betsy Wood Knapp '64.
It was designed for use by all members of the Wellesley community
to develop multimedia projects for the classroom and other academic
presentations.
State-of-the-art multimedia equipment
includes 43 computer stations (half Mac, half PC) a video
production studio, video editing rooms, media-equipped project
rooms, and lounge areas (one with a TV/computer kiosk). It is truly
the center of Wellesley's multimedia world.
