WEAVER HOUSE
Formerly called Oakwoods, the newly renovated Weaver House, with its stunning views of Lake Waban and an approach to campus that is truly breathtaking, is the new home of the Admission Office, which was previously located in Green Hall. Named for Trustee Emerita Dorothy Collins Weaver '68, the building dates back to 1902, when it was built at the behest of Wellesley College President Caroline Hazard to serve as the College president's first residence.
