HERE'S WHAT YOU NEED TO DO: The template for the personal page can be downloaded below. Click to open the "Record Book Personal Page Template" and save it to your computer. Please keep your response to one page. I would prefer that you complete your page electronically and email it to me at goodwins@kent-school.edu. Please send it as an attachment. Record Book Personal Page Template

Here is some "food" for thought... just to get you started!

• What are the most important elements of your life right now? (husband/S.O., children, grandchildren, parents, work, travel, health, other…)
• What are the things you look forward to? (reunion, child's graduation, marriage, retirement)
• What are the things that frustrate you? (your job, getting older, health care, boomerang children, significant other choices of children, housework, global warming, politics…)
• What are the biggest challenges you have faced? (health issues, coping with aged parents, death, loss of job, children who don't perform as you'd like, etc.)
• Have you experienced any significant changes in your life in the last 5 years and how have they influenced your current situation? (changes in marital/family status, sickness or death of parents or loved ones, empty nest, becoming a grandparent, changes in work or living location, changes in religious thinking, health, etc.)
• What did you value most about the Class of 1973 back then compared to now? (friendships, setting a standard, providing moral support, networking, etc.)

Write a poem, share a photo, do whatever you want to do! The sky is the limit!

The most important thing is that you participate so please share whatever you would like with your classmates…and please make sure your contact info is up-to-date so your classmates can contact you.
