Record Book Dear Ladies of Class of 1998: Can you believe it has been five years since our last reunion? Our Wellesley ten-year reunion is around the corner, June 6-8, 2008!!! We hope you are doing well and that you will send us all your news, including family, your activities, your work, and events in your life. I will be compiling our reunion record book, a collection of your updates, to share electronically with the whole class. As not everyone will be able to attend reunion, the record book will allow us to stay connected. Even if you are not able to attend reunion, I am hoping you will take the time to participate.
On the right column of this page you will find hyperlinks to two forms (word documents) to download: one personal and one anonymous questionnaire. The personal questionnaire is the main highlight of the record book, so I encourage you to make use of the empty space and feel free to insert pictures, draw, write, whatever you desire, within the lines of the box. Additionally, please respond to the anonymous survey, which is meant to be fun. I will include a summary of the results in the Record Book. We are aiming to hear back from 65% of the class, so please help us exceed our goal. In order to keep costs at a minimum, our class has decided to distribute our book in electronic format. It will be available online, on a password-protected website. If possible, please submit your personal and anonymous questionnaires electronically to recordbook1998@gmail.com. If you would like to send them by mail, please send them to Helen Alva Makadia, 22 Warwick Road, Newton, MA 02465. Please send your page and questionnaire by April 1, 2008 so we have time to organize, scan and electronically distribute the book before reunion.
