Memorial Scholarship Funds Jane Misoo Park (1982-2006) graduated with honors in 2004 as a philosophy major and an economics minor. While at Wellesley, she took full advantage of the many academic and cultural experiences available. Jane deeply cherished Wellesley's rich traditions. She held leadership positions in the Philosophy Society and Debate team, spent a summer working on Capitol Hill, played cello with Wellesley's Chamber Music Society, and earned the coveted title of Tree Mistress of her class. After graduation, Jane was awarded a year-long Fulbright fellowship to teach English in Korea. Jane will be missed dearly by her family and friends. Two scholarship funds have been set up in honor of Jane. One is for financial aid at Wellesley and the other benefits the Youth Orchestra in which Jane distinguished herself in her home state of Maryland.
