Dues:

Dues allow us to DO-to plan events, to send invitations and news and to develop a variety of offereing for club members in different areas of the state. Our dues are relatively low, but they make a big difference in terms of what we can do together for each other and for Wellesley. Dues for 2006-2007 are $15. Please contact Rachel Connell, club treasurer, for information on where to send your dues check (payable to the New Hampshire Wellesley Club).

Book Awards:

Each year the club provides book awards for approximately 50 local high schools to present to junior year high school students. The awards not only recognize outstanding academic, extracurricular and leadership achievement, but hopefully encourage these young women to apply to Wellesley. This year we will be giving The Norton Book of Women’s Lives. Please consider a $20 donation to sponsor a book award and open Wellesley’s door to another talented young woman. You may include your book award contribution with your dues payment. To find out more about the NH Wellesley Club book award program, please contact Jane Sodders.
