All members for whom we have an e-mail address will automatically receive the newsletter and event notifications via e-mail.  The newsletter will also be available on this site (see Newsletter).

We urge you to provide us with an e-mail address so that you will receive the latest information in a timely manner.  This will also help us save quite a bit on mailing costs.  Members for whom we do not have an e-mail address will continue to receive the newsletter and announcements via regular mail.

How Do I Contact Club Officers?

To contact Club officers, you may send e-mail messages to wellesleyclubphoenix@hotmail.com or click any of the links to the webmistress found on each page of this Website.  If you are sending your message to a particular officer, you will expedite the mail reaching her by including her name in the subject line. 

Most pages of this web site also include preset e-mail links that will start a message with a predefined subject line, as in the paragraph below.  (If your e-mail editor is configured and enabled to do so, e-mail links will open your e-mail editor and allow you to send a message, which will be preaddressed with the address (and possibly a subject) contained in the link.)

How Do I Contact Other Alumnae?

If you are trying to reach a particular member or find members from your class or other classes, please register with and take advantage of the Alumnae Connections Community.

How Do I Send Information to Fellow Wellesley In Phoenix Club Members?

A listserv has been established for members of the Club.  The listserv is an e-mail distribution list available to members by subscription.  Wellesley alumnae in Phoenix may use this list to inform each other of upcoming events, jobs, and other interesting, timely news. You may share or request information relevant to members of the Club or invite fellow members to join you for an event or an informal get-together.

The listserv is hosted by Topica, an independent, online commercial e-mail company.  Messages are posted by and from subscribed members only.  Subscription to the list is overseen by the webmistress and limited to members of the Wellesley alumnae community in Phoenix.  To subscribe to the list, send an e-mail to:  WellesleyClubPhoenix-subscribe@topica.com. 

The e-mail must be sent from the address you will be using to receive and post messages.

When a subscription request is received, the requester is sent a verification  from Topica Support (support@get.topica.com) that the request was received and that the subscription is pending owner approval.  Once approval is granted (by the webmistress), you will receive a confirmation from the same address indicating further information about the list, including how to post messages and unsubscribe from the list.

Club members are NOT automatically subscribed to the list; subscription is member-initiated only.  Members will not be added to the list unless they explicitly subscribe to the list.

Once you have subscribed to the list, you may post messages to wellesleyclubphoenix@topica.com.  Your message will automatically be forwarded by Topica to all other subscribers to the list.

To unsubscribe from the list, send an e-mail to wellesleyclubphoenix-unsubscribe@topica.com.

While the Club advertises use of the listserv, the listserv is not an official instrument of the Wellesley Club of Phoenix and will not be used to convey Club information.  The Wellesley Club of Phoenix neither sanctions nor is responsible for the content of the messages posted to the listserv. The list is unmoderated; messages are automatically forwarded to all subscribers to the list.

Please be aware that postings to this list are delivered to members' personal mailboxes. Most of us receive an overwhelming amount of mail; please post with courtesy and discretion.  If your information does not need to be posted immediately, this website may be a more appropriate forum for posting your information.  Please contact the webmistress for assistance.

Please do not use the list to solicit business for yourself or others.  Members who post indiscriminately may be removed from the list.
