Fifty years young, the Wellesley Club of Sarasota is an active, enthusiastic group of some 90 members representing classes from 1929 -2002 and covering a geographic area from Lakeland, Florida, to Boca Grande, Florida. Meetings are held on the 3rd Fridays of the month, frequently for luncheon, with a scheduled speaker.  For information regarding membership, contact Dee Klingenberg '53 at deedonk@prodigy.net.

Hosted a gala 50th Anniversary Luncheon featuring Susan Lohin,
Director of Clubs, and College Dean Andrew Shennan

Hosted a joint luncheon with Smith and Mt. Holyoke, featuring the
Florida West Coast Symphony Brass Quintet

Enjoyed a luncheon featuring Wellesley Economics Professor, Chip Case

Held our annual meeting and luncheon

Summertime Brown Bag Lunches will be held in a member's home
on the third Friday of every month from May - October

Book Club meets from October - May on the first Monday of each
month, 11:30 in a member's home.
