During Alumnae Leadership Council, the Alumnae Association provides double-occupancy accommodations (a shared room) on Saturday night at the Crowne Plaza for delegates who are traveling from outside the metro-Boston area.

Please note that this year ALC has been shortened, and will run from noon on Saturday to just after noon on Sunday. Therefore many out-of-town delegates will require a hotel room for only Saturday night. However, the Alumnae Association will pay for the hotel for both Friday and Saturday nights for those alumnae who are unable to arrive on Saturday for the opening session.

The hotel is located on Route 9 at 1360 Worcester Street in Natick, Massachusetts. It is across the street from the Natick Collection (Natick Mall) and next to the Sherwood Plaza.

The Alumnae Association handles all room reservations. Requests for lodging must be made on your Council registration form. If you have questions, contact the Alumnae Association by email or by phone at (781) 283-2343.

Roommates are assigned by class year, unless otherwise directed by the delegate on her request form. Roommates must be mutually requested. The Crowne Plaza is a non-smoking hotel.
