Club Officers Report 2008-2009

Instructions

1. Fill in information for all club officers for 2008-2009. If you prefer, you may e-mail a list to Susan Lohin, Director of clubs at slohin@wellesley.edu, as we understand that many clubs have volunteers sharing job responsibilities. If a new officer prefers not to be called at work, do not list her business phone. Also please make sure to include each officer's e-mail address.

2. Notify Susan Lohin in the Alumnae Office, 781-283-2330, of any club officer changes throughout the year.

It is important that you fill out the entire form.
