The
only student photography organization at Wellesley
College, Optik, was formed the fall of 2000 to
provide students with a forum for discussion, creation,
and exchange of ideas pertaining to photography.
Membership is open to all student activity fee-paying
students.
The group exhibits at least twice annually, once in the
fall and again in the spring. We auction work from exhibits
to fund the purchase of workshop materials, hosting of
lectures, and subsequent exhibits.
