E-mail: ccracoli@wellesley.edu Wellesley Finishes Fifth at Dana Boardman Invitational Easton, Mass. – Wellesley Cross Country finished fifth out of a nine-team field at the Dana Boardman Invitational at Stonehill College, Saturday at Stonehill. Wellesley finished with 144 points edging out NEWMAC opponent Wheaton College which finished sixth with 145 points. First-year Christine Grant (Mercer Island, Wash./Mercer Island) was Wellesley's top finisher with a personal best time of 19:18 in the 5k race for a fifth place finish out of a 92-runner field. Wellesley returns to action Saturday, October 12 for the Seven Sisters Invitational hosted at Smith. Race time is 11 a.m.
