BRUNSWICK, Maine –  Cara Dionisi (Sudbury, Mass.) led all scorers with three goals to power Colby past Wellesley 14-7 in a non-conference women’s lacrosse match-up Sunday. Wellesley native Emma Miller (Wellesley, Mass./Winsor School) added a goal and a game-high three assists for Colby.

First-year Casey Logan (Scituate, Mass.) led Wellesley in scoring with two goals and an assist and chipped in defensively with four caused turnovers and five draw controls while Dawn Kim (Greenwich, Conn.) and Laura Bender (Mattapoiset, Mass.) each added two goals for the Blue. Kim had a team-high eight ground balls for the Blue and Bender led Wellesley in caused turnovers with five.
