Dave Martin

Natick High School, Class of 1962

A loyal member of the Wellesley College staff, Dave completed 38 years of service on November 18, 2006.  He oversees the equipment repair shop and the boathouse where he maintains the weight room, rowing ergometers, crew shells, canoes and sailboats.  He also handles customized requests to design equipment for specific applications in PERA activities. 

Dave has served 12 years in the Army National Guard, achieving the rank of S/SGT (E-6), and was called to a week of active duty during the blizzard of 1978.

He enjoys reading, music, gardening, auto repair, writing, canoeing, scuba, treasure hunting, photography, wooden boatbuilding, and motorcycling.
