Division III head coaches.
During her tenure, Wellesley volleyball has stepped to
the forefront of the national stage with five NCAA National
Quarterfinals and two Final Four appearances, including
2001. Under her guidance, the program has posted 20-win

magical season of 1998 when Wellesley went 37-1 and reached
its first Final Four.
Webb has won the New England Women's and Men's Athletic
Conference (NEWMAC) Coach-of-the-Year award four times
in the brief eight-year history of the league. Prior to
the NEWMAC, Webb was the recipient of the New England Women's
8 (NEW 8) Coach-of-the-Year award three times. Webb's six
straight Coach-of-the-Year awards coincide with the eight
consecutive championships Wellesley has won. Webb has also
been named American Volleyball Coaches Association (AVCA)
New England Region Coach-of-the-Year five times.
Prior to coming to Wellesley, Webb served

one year at Gonzaga University in Washington.
As a player
at the University of the Pacific, Webb was a four-year
starter, a two-time All-American, member of
two Division I National Championship teams and currently
holds the NCAA record for most digs in a tournament (95).
Following her collegiate playing career, Webb played
professionally for one year with the Portland Spikers in
Oregon. In 1994,
she was named first-team All-America at the USVBA Open
Nationals. She also played for Team Nike in the Bud Light
