WELLESLEY, MASS -- Elizabethtown handed Wellesley College its second loss of the season as Western Connecticut edged out Eastern Connecticut 2-1 to win the Second Annual Wellesley Invitational in the championship game that followed. The Blue fell 1-2 to the Elizabethtown Blue Jays. Elizabeth Cope scored Wellesley's lone goal assisted by Bridget Jones. Wellesley goalkeeper Elizabeth Senecal recorded nine saves on fourteen Elizabethtown shots.
