Jennifer Grunzweig joined the Wellesley College Sports Medicine
staff as its Head Athletic Trainer in June of 2004. Jenn
holds certification as an athletic trainer from the National
Athletic Trainers’ Association and is licensed by
the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. She received a
Bachelor of Science in physical education from Bridgewater
State College and a Master of Science in kinesiology from
Indiana University.
Her past experience
includes working as an assistant athletic trainer at Boston
College, caring for the football, women’s
soccer and softball programs. Jenn has also worked
at the University of Delaware as an assistant athletic
trainer and assistant professor in the college of health
and nursing sciences. She most recently worked at
nearby Lasell College as the Head Athletic Trainer and
clinical instructor in the NATA approved curriculum program.
Jenn has also taught courses in physical education, anatomy
and physiology and athletic training. She is certified
as an instructor in first aid, CPR and AED essentials
though the American Red Cross, and is an NATABOC certified
examiner and clinical instructor.
