BRANDEIS DOWNS WELLESLEY TENNIS 7-2
WALTHAM, Mass. – Brandeis swept the
doubles points and won four out of the six singles points to defeat
Wellesley 7-2 in a women’s tennis match-up, Sunday at Brandeis.
Hana Freymiller (Anchorage, Alaska) and Kirsi Hakkinen (Cincinatti,
Ohio) each won points for Wellesley. Freymiller defeated Brandeis’
Jennifer Krueger 6-2, 4-6, 10-4 at no. 1 singles while Hakkinen
defeated Abby Lerner 7-5, 3-6, 12-10.
