Wellesley Fencing Goes 3-2 at Northeast Conference Meet

WELLESLEY, MA - The Wellesley College fencing team finished 3-2 at the second Northeast Conference Meet of the season. The Blue picked up wins over Sacred Heart, Dartmouth and Smith while falling to Vassar and Boston College.
Against Sacred Heart, the Blue picked up wins from both the epee and foil squads in a tight 14-13 win. Wellesley was also a 20-7 winner over Smith and won 15-12 over Dartmouth.
Wellesley fencing will next be in action at the New England Championships on February 17th. The meet will be hosted by Dartmouth College and will begin at 8:00am.
