CPPAC - Compensation and Personnel Policy Advisory Committee

CPPAC (Compensation and Personnel Policy Advisory Committee) is a standing committee of the Wellesley College Administrative Council.

We are charged with: "advising the President and other appropriate officers on all administrative procedures and policies including but not limited to salaries, benefits, professional development, and working conditions." (Bylaws of the Wellesley College Administrative Council)
