Orders from individual customers must be prepaid by:
Visa/MasterCard. Be sure to include both card number and exp. date,
check in $U.S. or by International Postal Money Order.
Shipping/Handling:
Individual customers in the U.S.: Add $4.00 for shipping for the
first title. Add $2.00 for each additional title.
Outside of the U.S.: $5.00 for surface mail or $15.00 for air mail
per title must be included with your prepayment.
