The Center for Work and Service keeps academic and employment references on file for undergraduates and alumnae to be photocopied and mailed upon written request. In addition to the "Guidelines for Requesting Faculty Recommendations" page found on this web site, the following forms will assist you with the letters of reference process:

Both the Letter of Reference Waiver Form and the Letter of Reference Order Form have been scanned and processed in Portable Document Format (PDF). To view these documents, you will need Adobe Acrobat Reader, which can be downloaded at no cost from the Adobe web site.
