Written for Latin American Studies majors, the authors present information on graduate programs, financial aid, job opportunities in international banking, with government agencies and international organizations, and in social science and political research. Additional sections discuss opportunities in translating and interpreting, and in teaching. These women describe their fellowship years earning the MPhil in International Relations at Oxford University, investigating energy technologies around the world that might alleviate poverty in developing countries, and studying labor dispute resolution and the impact of genocide on development in Cambodia.
