Written for Latin American Studies majors, the authors present information on graduate programs, financial aid, job opportunities in international banking, with government agencies and international organizations, and in social science and political research. Additional sections discuss opportunities in translating and interpreting, and in teaching. Part II includes chapters on the Federal government, the U.N. and related organizations, the not-for-profit sector, international business, international communications, teaching and international law. Directory lists and describes governmental and non-governmental organizations and programs concerned with the protection of earth's resources.
