Internships in International Human Rights Organizations
Summer 2008

Eligibility: Current sophomores & juniors;
Students may submit only one application to the CWS Identified Internship programs per deadline, indicating both their first and second choice placements.
Award: $3,500 + housing and airfare
Deadline: Noon, Tuesday, January 8, 2008

This program places students in international non-governmental organizations working in human rights issues. This year, the placement is at the Citizen's Alliance for North Korean Human Rights (NKHR) in Seoul, Korea.

Students with a strong interest in human rights in all fields including political science, economics, sociology, anthropology, East Asian Languages and Literature, or international relations are encouraged to apply.
