CWS Internship Contracts

Students who have received a CWS Summer Stipend, a CWS Identified Internship, or funding through a Departmental Internship Program administered by the CWS, are required to sign all contracts and complete paperwork before receiving their stipend checks. The contracts and paperwork for each program may be found below and must be returned to Elizabeth Robichaud at the CWS.
Parents/Guardians as well as students who are abroad can fax their completed contracts and paperwork to Elizabeth Robichaud at 781-283-3674. Student and parent/guardian signatures may appear on separate forms.
Checks will be available beginning the first full week of May. At the end of April, you will be emailed a schedule of the times during which you may pick up your check. Checks will only be given out at these times. If you will not be on campus after the last day of final exam period in May, please indicate on your contract where you would like to have your check sent.
Identified Internship Program
- CWS Identified Internships Contract - this agreement acknowledges the receipt of funds from the CWS and the requirements of the stipend program
- Assumption of Risk and Release - this contract must be signed by both the student and her parent/guardian
- Domestic Internship Emergency Information
- A copy of your medical insurance card

- International Internship Emergency Information

- A copy of your medical insurance card
- A copy of your passport and visa (if applicable)
- Register online with the U.S. Department of State at: http://travel.state.gov/travel/tips/registration/registration_1186.html and turn in a copy of the confirmation page which appears at the end of the registration process
- Create an Emergency Record with International SOS and email the “Emergency Record Summary” to SOSforms@wellesley.edu.
Domestic
Students participating in the American Cities and The Lumpkin Summer Institute for Service Learning must complete and/or gather all of the contracts and paperwork below and submit them to the CWS in order to receive a stipend check:
International
Students participating in The Elisabeth Luce Moore '24 Summer Internships in Asia Program, Wellesley Internships in Africa, Wellesley Internships in Costa Rica, and Wellesley Internships in India must complete and/or gather all of the contracts and paperwork below and submit them to the CWS in order to receive a stipend check:

- Students receiving funding through the CWS Summer Stipend Program, Emily Cohen MacFarquhar ’59 Internship in International Journalism, Low Vision Center, The Paul B. Beal and Mona Phillips Beal Internship, Social Accountability International, and SoundWaters must complete and/or gather all of the contracts and paperwork below and submit them to the CWS in order to receive a stipend check:
