The on-campus version of the Campus Calendar includes feature details of most locations. In many cases there is also a photograph. Location details for rooms that contain AV equipment include instructions for using that equipment unless a technician is required.

In any event or location view, click the abbreviated name of a location. A new window will open with three sections, Features, Layouts and Comments

Features

The list of features is alphabetical. All media equipment is preceded by IS: If there is more than one of any feature, the quantity appears in parentheses.

Layouts

This section may include a photograph and a capacity for the location. At this writing, capacities for some locations are not available.

Comments

If the location includes AV equipment that may be operated by those who reserve the room, instructions are provided in this section. You will see a statement with a link that connects you to a Web page of instructions. This page can be printed (CONTROL-P on Windows, File > Print on a Mac.)
