POPG Membrane Download
We described the equilibration of a palmitoyloleoylphosphatidylglycerol (POPG) membrane using GROMACS in a recent paper published in FEBS Letters. You can download the final 50 ns frame of this simulation and a parameter file for POPG lipid using the links below. These POPG parameters are based on the lipid parameters provided on Peter Tieleman's website at the University of Calgary. (He has several equilibrated membranes and parameters for a number of different lipids downlo
adable on his site.) The last file below is an adaptation of his lipid.itp file that includes a few extra parameters for use with POPG.
