Imaging Studies: Specific Aim 2

| • | Prior to induction of uveitis, and 1, 8, and 15 days after induction, quantitative spatial and kinetic data were obtained from T1-weighted MR images |
| • | MR images were acquired every six minutes over the course of three hours. A baseline image was acquired prior to i.v. Magnevist administration, followed by ~28 images after Magnevist administration |
| • | Image intensity data from the ciliary body, anterior and posterior chambers were plotted vs. relative time (time elapsed since Magnevist injection) |
