MR Imaging Studies: Specific Aim 1

MR imaging studies with Magnevist (GdDTPA) were performed using Dutch-belted rabbits (1.5 to 2.0 kg)

T1-weighted MR images (TE 22.9 ms; TR 400 ms; NA 4; RES 256x256; FOV 75 mm) were obtained using a specially designed surface coil on a Bruker Biospec 4.7T MRI system at Beth Israel/Deaconess Medical Center
MR image intensity data data showing contrast agent distribution in the ciliary body, anterior and posterior chambers were analyzed using Bruker ParaVision software and Microsoft Excel
