Demonstrate that MRI can be used in conjunction with contrast agents to provide quantitative information about the distribution of macromolecules in the normal rabbit eye

Using contrast-enhanced MRI, determine if acute anterior uveitis produces a long-term alteration in the blood aqueous barrier (BAB) permeability
Compare the permeability properties of untreated uveitic eyes with those treated using anti-inflammatory agents
