Albumin-Gd-DTPA MRI Results
• Albumin-Gd-DPTA (AGD; 63 mg/ml) injected into marginal ear vein of normal rabbit at t=0
• T1-weighted images collected every 7 minutes
• Image signal intensity (SI) analyzed using Bruker ParaVision software
• Large increases in SI: ciliary process 60-100 min; anterior chamber 90-180 minutes
• Small increase in SI posterior chamber
