MS-325 MRI Results
• MS-325 injected into marginal ear vein of normal rabbit at t=0
• T1-weighted images collected every 7 minutes
• Image signal intensity (SI) analyzed using Bruker ParaVision software
• Sharp immediate increase in ciliary process SI, followed by decrease over next 200 minutes
• Gradual increase in anterior camber SI, peaking at ~120 minutesGra
  • Small increase in SI posterior chamber, then constant
