Making an appointment with your Class Dean
Appointments must be only 15 minutes unless given permission by the dean.
Appointments made for more than 15 minutes will be deleted and an email will be sent asking you to re-schedule.

Follow these directions carefully:

1)Your Dean's schedule can be found on your class conference .
(Wellesley Conferences>Student Forums>Student Organizations>Class of 200_).
(it would be a good idea to add this conference to your Firstclass desktop)

2) Each day will have a listing of drop-in hours and/or sign-up appointment times, or a message if the dean is not available that day.
Double-click in the white area of the day you want to schedule to create a new event.
Please note: If there is a day with no hours posted, the dean has not posted his/her schedule that far in advance. If a student creates an appointment on a day with no hours posted, it will be deleted and an email will be sent asking to re-schedule.

An appointment form will open.
