Follow these directions carefully:
1)Your Dean's schedule can be found on your class conference .
(Wellesley Conferences>Student Forums>Student Organizations>Class
of 200_).
(it would be a good idea to add this conference to your Firstclass desktop)
2) Each day will have a listing of drop-in hours and/or sign-up appointment
times, or a message if the dean is not available that day.
Double-click in the white area of the day you want to schedule to create a new
event.
Please note: If there is a day with no hours posted, the dean
has not posted his/her schedule that far in advance. If a student creates an
appointment on
a day with no hours posted, it will be deleted and an email will be sent asking
to re-schedule.

An appointment form will open.
3) Complete the appointment form as follows:
a) Event / Description: Enter your
First and Last Name.

b) Starts at: This will default to the date you clicked on.To select a time, click in the field and choose the correct date from the monthly calendar (see below)
.
To change the start time, click in the time field under the calendar and
type in the time you choose. Click OK to close the small calendar.
c) Duration: Change to 15 minutes. (The Ends at time will automatically change
when you change the Duration.)
Appointments is made for more than 15 minutes it will be deleted and an email
will be sent asking to re-schedule.
d) In message area at the bottom of the form, enter your class year, and phone
#.
You can also enter a short message if you like. (If you can't see the message
area, you can click and drag the bottom corner of the window down to reveal
it.)
4) Close the window to save your appointment on the calendar.
If you change your mind:
You can click the trash can button while you are still working on the appointment
form. The meeting will be deleted.
If you have already saved the appointment and want to delete it, select your appointment in the calendar and press the DELETE key or click the trash can icon. (You will not be able to accidentally delete someone else's appointment.)
Who can open and read the appointments:
Only the Deans' Office can open your appointment form and read it after it
has been saved. You will be able to open your appointment only from within
your own personal calendar on your desktop.
