Banner Referrals
CRISIS!
- If Banner is down, inform the staff on duty and follow the instructions on the CRISIS referral sheet.
- If unable to connect to Banner or any other network system on campus (i.e. Internet, FirstClass, etc.), alert the staff person on duty and look over the Network Connections section of the HelpDesk Referral page.
Other Banner Referrals
Web for Employees/Student Referrals
- If there are problems with Access to Grades/Web for Students, direct the user to the Registrar's office.
- If there are problems accessing Web for Faculty or Staff, direct the user to Bethann Coppi in Human Resources.
