Troubleshooting

Banner is a set of integrated database systems that provide a wealth of information to faculty, staff, and students. For example, Wellesley uses the following Banner systems:

• Student (Registrar's Office, Admissions, Housing)
• HR and Position Control (HR, Payroll, Office of the Dean of the College)
• Financial Aid
• Alumnae/Development (Resources, Alumnae Office)
