Wendy Wellesley (Mailbox has been deleted. Try re-entering the address.)
The recipient has mistakenly set up Mail Rules to send your message to a folder that doesn't exist, probably by typing in the wrong folder name while creating the rule.
If this happens to a user, alert the staff on duty who can contact Leonor in Systems and Networks. This can usually be fixed, but you should advise the user not to do anything further with their mailbox until an administrator can look at it.
You only get three tries to type your password correctly. After that you need to wait 5 minutes before your correct password will work.
Some messages contain special links to Internet content that cause the text to paste incompletely into Word when copied from a message summary. These are more likely to occur in messages that originate from other mail systems. If you see the link symbol in your summary you should delete it before continuing or choose another backup method. Full URL links that were simply typed into the message (e.g., http://www.wellesley.edu) do not cause this problem.
