• LCD/Sony Projector (overhead projector that projects VCR, DVD player, etc)

• Document camera

• Microphones

• VCR

• DVD player

• CD player

• Laser disc player

• Crestron control panel

• WCVN

• Overhead transparency projector

• Projection Screen

• Control Remotes

Crisis Procedure

In the event of a Media Crisis or Classroom emergency:

1. The staff-on-duty should call the appropriate person on the crisis sheet. If that person is not there, contact the next person on the list. See media procedures for more information.

2. Refer the log to the person contacted. If referring to Wayne or Chris, refer the log to Repair since they do not check logs referred to themselves.

3. Mark unresolved.

4. Email log to contacted staff person.

Be sure to get important information such as:

• Location - verify twice.

• Nature of problem - what equipment isn't working.

• Extension if possible.

Non-Crisis Procedure

If someone calls because Media equipment isn't working:

1. Get the location and nature of the problem

2. Refer the log to the staff member assigned to that building on the crisis sheet.

3. Mark unresolved.

4. Email the log to that staff member.

Keep in mind that Jim and Henry deal with Media equipment only. Computer related logs go to Repair.
